Energy is in the body. We were made to move.
And when we don’t move our bodies, the money flow becomes stagnant and cramped, much like our joints.

If somebody were to ask me, “What's the number one reason why your business has grown so fast?” I would tell them that it's the commitment to my body.
Hands down.
Moving the body, getting in the flow, taking care of the body are all part of being energetically and vibrationally alive. When we are vibrationally alive, we can increase our cash flow.

Physical exercise allows the energy to flow through your body so you don't get stuck. Money is energy (spirit in action), so from a universal standpoint, if you value your body, other humans will value you more.
If you value your body, the universe hears you in a vibrational way: “Oh, they value themselves. Let me give them more.”
If you don't value yourself, the universe is like, “Oh, they don't value themselves, I'm not going to give you…” Or, even worse, the universe decides to give you crappiness instead!
Value the importance of movement and watch to see what happens.
My favorite way to move my body and increase my cashflow is through a practice called Riverstone Movement.
Riverstone Movement is a next level mindful movement practice as it uses the connective tissue, also known as fascia, as part of its movement and foundation.
If you don’t know what fascia is, then let me tell you: fascia is a fluid, viscous substance; it's watery even though it's actually what holds us up.
Our bones and muscles don't hold us up—it's this webbing of connective tissue called fascia that supports us and empowers us.
Your whole body becomes energetic and you start to fill up a whole room with your presence.
That’s the power of the fascia and Riverstone Movement when you mix the two together.
Riverstone Movement is like curvy, bouncy yoga. It's feminine, it allows us to flow, and it's very meditative.
If you have a hard time meditating or sitting, the Riverstone Movement practice is a really powerful way of accessing meditative movement. It's slow, full embodiment, and from this place, you are able manifest.
When you take care of you, the money will come.
Your job is to feel good—whether that’s in your physical body, your relationships, or your money game.
It's not to be so humble that you deprive yourself. It’s not to get mad at yourself for eating so much over the last six months.
No, your only job is to feel good! The faster you feel good, the faster the weight comes off, and the faster thr money flows to you. It’s all a mind game.
Recently, I had to build a new relationship with coffee. I have been drinking coffee regularly for 20 years, and always told myself: “I'm not addicted to it. I don't need it. I'm fine because I am the kind of person that if I don't have it I'm not going to get a headache. Nothing's going to happen. I'm going to be fine.”
But recently, close friends mentioned that I was less focused when I was “on coffee.”
So, like a scientist, I decided to test it out. I went a few days without it just to see, and I did it on my own so other people wouldn’t “interfere” with my test.
And let me tell you, it was like trying to quit crack!
For the longest time, I had heard people in the wellness community talk about the benefits of coffee—Deepak Chopra swears by it, and there are lots of Hay House podcasts about it—but I didn’t realize how much of a stimulant it is until I stepped back.
Here's what I realized: yes, coffee can help you focus, but so can methamphetamines! We are so addicted to drama, and even if our life is amazing, coffee gives us more drama instead of the smooth, sweet calm we’re craving.
And here's the crazy thing: ever since I stopped drinking coffee (I still do the occasional decaf because I like the taste and the ritual), I've started attracting people who are a higher vibration—both clients and just people in general.
The connections I've been making are a different vibration. I feel like it’s because I'm calmer. I’m no longer as addicted to drama.
By being calmer, we are able to set better intentions, which helps us manifest what we really want.
Your body is the pathway to wealth and all you got to do is move your body. Move the energy.
You sit still and shift your state—it’s really hard. You’ve got to move your body and think about something else.
Think about where you are abundant in life. Think about one thing you're grateful for.
I don't care if it's green grass. Every year it keeps coming back green, isn’t that amazing? Wow, every single year it goes brown and green, brown and green.
Yes, I get ridiculous with gratitude because it's a mind-training tool, and we can find reasons to be grateful everywhere we look!
Be in gratitude as much as you can. Move your body when you're in a down-and-out state. Keep your body healthy and fluid and open.
It's a commitment. It's a lifestyle.
